During the last BagAssist user conference, held for the company 10th anniversary in Amsterdam, Holland on 27-29 May 2013, the BagAssist community did participate to a survey to rename the self-services applications for passengers originally called OnlineAHL, OnlineDelivery and PaxAHL.
The major target was to better describe the product core functions in the self-services applications area. From the survey came the new naming convention, with result as e-AHLreport for the delayed baggage declaration using an online access, e-AHLmanage for the follow-up of the incident on internet with proactive notifications when the incident status changes, with update capabilities by the passenger and kioskAHLreport for the delayed baggage declaration using an airport kiosk close to lost and found desk. All product documentation will now reflect these new names.
