In response to requests to address non-English speaking employees, Florida-based learning technology company Motive Learning recently enhanced its MotiveLMS, enabling subscribers to offer e-learning in their employees’ native languages of Spanish and French within the MotiveLMS.
Motive Learning Founder Karla Roberts announced the release of the localisation upgrade effective 22 March.
“With this new accommodation, employees are more comfortable and more engaged while accessing required safety and compliance training in their native language,” MotiveLMS Product Manager Don Roberts said.
Any package-level subscriber (Silver, Gold or Platinum) may request this upgrade for their end-users at no additional cost.
This latest enhancement to the MotiveLMS was originally created to address requests from customers in Latin America and Canada. Roberts said: “The benefit of localisation of languages has prompted us to explore offering our MotiveLMS User Interface in other languages, as well as electronic courseware in other languages too, as our clients expand worldwide.”
