Beumer Group has received a contract to extend the existing baggage handling and transfer system at Terminal 2 of Helsinki International Airport.
Beumer will provide two energy-efficient LS-4000 tilt-tray sorters, CrisBelt conveyors and a CrisBag tote-based system from its Crisplant product range.

Metron Aviation, a subsidiary of Airbus, has been selected by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to supply Harmony air traffic flow management (ATFM) system for air navigation service providers.
Metron will design and install the Harmony ATFM system at the Singapore Air Traffic Control Centre (SATCC) and provide after-sales support services for 11 years.
Harmony is intended to monitor air traffic demand at airports.

The system will help improve safety and operational efficiency of the ground support equipment.
ParkCloud has received a 12-month contract extension to continue providing online parking reservation services at Torino Airport in Italy.
The deal will enable the passengers to reserve parking spaces online for the airport’s covered and uncovered car parks.
