National Technical Systems (NTS) will provide engineering, testing and technical services to Hawker Beechcraft under a new agreement.
NTS will supply its lifecycle product services, which include engineering and testing services, to support the development, certification and in-service requirements of HBC’s complete fleet of aircraft.
NTS CEO William McGinnis said he anticipated that the agreement would help pave the way for similar agreements with other key players in the region and their supporting supply chains.
“In this era of globalisation we believe it makes sense from time-to-market and financial perspectives for companies like HBC to bring in NTS with our broad range of speciality services to augment their capabilities and cost effectively conduct many of their certification and test requirements,” he said.
