Colombian low-cost airline VivaColombia has renewed its component power-by-the-hour support contract with A J Walter (AJW) Aviation for its A320 fleet.
The airline intends to increase its A320 fleet to ten by the end of the year.
VivaColombia and AJW Aviation signed a deal for the component power-by-the-hour support in July 2012.
AJW supported the airline with components from its facility in Miami, US, which futures service-ready Airbus component inventories.
The company has already installed a main base kit in Medellin, as well as leased consignment stock through AJW Leasing.
AJW Americas business development vice-president Matt Millbank said: "Our customer support team will continue to manage AJW’s comprehensive service, which has enabled VivaColombia to stay competitive throughout their crucial formative years."
