Mexican business aviation services provider Across has signed a firm order to buy 23 business jets from Embraer Executive Jets.
Worth more than $260m at current list price, the deal includes eight Legacy 500, eight Phenom 300 and seven Phenom 100E jets.
The order was included in Embraer’s backlog of the first quarter and the first deliveries have already been started.
Embraer Executive Jets president and CEO Marco Tulio Pellegrini said: "This fleet order reflects our growing presence in Mexico and confirms the long-term relationship we are building with Across.
"The Mexican market has a solid business aviation utilisation culture and Embraer Executive Jets’ portfolio is perfectly suited to fulfil the increasing demand for more efficient and reliable aircraft in the region."
Established in 2009, Across currently provides air charter solutions along with aircraft management, fixed-base operator (FBO) services, and a sales or fractional ownership programme for Embraer’s business jet portfolio.
