Based in France, Aquarese is engaged in providing ultra-high pressure process solutions and robotic waterjet systems for aerospace and automotive applications.
The acquisition of Aquarese will help enhance Shape Technologies’ capabilities in robotic solutions.
A definitive agreement has been signed by India-based hydraulic cylinder manufacturer Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, for the acquisition of Israeli company H R Givon by next month.
H R Givon manufactures precision machine parts for aerospace applications.
The transaction will allow Wipro Infrastructure Engineering to strengthen its offerings for customers in the aerospace and aviation industries.
