Hong Kong Airlines has signed a code-share agreement with Kenya Airways to provide seamless travel to the customers in Asia.
The partnership enables the latter to share its code on the former’s flights operating between Thailand and Hong Kong.
Passengers of Kenya Airways can travel on Hong Kong Airline’s flights between Hong Kong and Bangkok, which connect their journey to and from Nairobi.
Korean Air Lines intends to raise gross proceeds of approximately KRW450bn ($378.45m) by issuing 22 million new shares, priced at KRW20,450 ($17.19) each.
Proceeds from the offering will be used by the airline to repay maturing debts and improve its financial structure.
The new shares will be issued on 27 March 2017 and listed on the following day.
