Menzies Aviation has launched ground and air cargo services in Costa Rica and Chile, further bolstering its reach in Latin America.
In Costa Rica, the firm secured licences to provide ground services at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) and at Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR).
It also bolstered its SJO footprint by opening a new cargo facility in collaboration with Terminales Unidas (TUSA).
At SJO Costa Rica, Menzies is the only firm to provide a complete range of ground, air cargo, and security services. It plans to further expand these services to other airports throughout the country.
Last year, Menzies purchased a majority stake in Agunsa Aviation Services in Chile.
Menzies Agunsa received permits to offer air cargo services to the market.
