Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in the US is installing a restroom management system to offer an improved passenger experience.
The airport has selected KOLO Smart Monitoring System to ensure that restrooms in the airport are in working order and stocked with the necessary essentials.
KOLO’s system is powered by Cloud-based wireless technologies and sensors.
The system is linked to restroom fixtures such as toilets, sinks and urinals and alerts facility staff through a mobile or web application if something requires their immediate attention.
It is also linked to customer feedback monitors to ensure that problems in the restrooms are quickly addressed.
Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company president and CEO Kofi Smith said: “We know that commercial restrooms are a major source of user frustration and complaints.
