Natal International Airport, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, will be equipped with the latest solution for managing electronic strips in control towers; the TATIC TWR system.
The current electronic flight strips system in use over 100 Brazilian airports, also developed by Saipher ATC, will be gradually replaced by the new generation of TATIC systems, which is already operating in fifteen control towers of Brazilian airports, ranging from air force bases to big international airports operated by Brazilian Air Navigation Authority and Service Provider (DECEA) and Infraero (Brazilian Airport Infrastructure Company).
The modern and innovative TATIC system allows flexibility to adjust the workflow of specific operations covering the most variable types of aerodromes, providing efficiency, new tools and relieving the air traffic controller’s workload while working in the control towers.
