ARINC has announced that long-time customer Münster-Osnabrück (FMO) Airport is extending its use of ARINC’s common-use solution with an upgrade to vMUSE.
The ARINC- Münster-Osnabrück relationship began in June 2006. Under the new agreement, ARINC is providing its proven and exceptionally stable CUPPS-compliant vMUSE platform together with third-level technical support to the airport. The local maintenance support is delivered by Münster-Osnabrück Airport IT personnel. The Münster-Osnabrück installation is running in a virtual server environment, which allows the local personnel to apply proven support processes across multiple airport solutions, creating a consolidated IT infrastructure.
"We are delighted to continue working with the team at Münster-Osnabrück, who have been excellent partners. They have continually found new and creative ways to adapt vMUSE into their IT environment and, as a result, offer their airline customers a high level of service," said Paul Hickox, ARINC International Operations Director.
"ARINC’s flexibility in all areas, and its consideration for our airport’s ideas and needs, has helped us to improve our everyday business. It is great to work with ARINC, a company with vision and a customer-driven approach," said Francisco A. Rodriguez, CIO of Münster-Osnabrück airport.
