GlobalData research has found the top airline companies trending based on their performance and engagement online. Using research from GlobalData’s Influencer platform, Verdict has named five of the top companies trending on airlines in Q1 2020.

Dominic Gates, an aerospace reporter of Seattle Times, tweeted on the airlines announcing plans to reduce its flight schedule by approximately 70% in April and May.

Jamie Creed, a chief correspondent of Reuters, tweeted that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) was allowing carriers such as Qantas, Virgin Australia and Rex to coordinate schedules and fares on 10 regional routes, as long as the fares were no higher than those in place.
