The partnership agreement with Aviator Airport Alliance offers Flyr access to a range of passenger and ramp-handling services, including de-icing, at all Norwegian airports where Aviator operates.
Aviator will provide the services at destinations selected by the carrier such as Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromsø and Bodø.
A new airline, Flyr will fly its aeroplane for the first time to Tromsø in June this year.
Initially, Flyr will offer flights between key cities in the country and selected international destinations in southern Europe.
Aviator Airport CEO Jo Alex Tanem said: “Flyr looks at new, simple and innovative processes for its operations and our dialogue has been characterised by innovation and finding solutions specifically aimed at Flyr and their business model.
“The first flight to Tromsø will be very well taken care of by our skilled co-workers and, from there on, this will be a very exciting journey with Flyr at all our airports.”
