Global developer and operator Airport Lounge Development (ALD) has rebranded itself Airport Dimensions as part of its strategy to meet the changing needs of travellers.
The company, which operates the Club and Club Aspire brands, said that it registered a surge of 278% in guest volumes since 2015 and an 80% increase in its lounge locations.
Airport Dimensions is planning to offer new propositions to travellers such as workspaces, sleep pods and cabins, as well as entertainment options such as virtual reality zones and gaming areas.
As part of its expansion strategy, the company plans to launch two new lounges in New York and Louisiana, bringing its international network to 22.
The Club Buffalo Niagara International Airport in New York will feature a Niagara Falls mural to capture the essence of the historic and cultural character of the state.
The Club MSY at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in Louisiana will display a light fixture, which is crafted by an artisan based in New Orleans. The fixture is made with around 600 individually hand-blown glass pendants.
