US-based Airport Lounge Development (ALD) has successfully completed the expansion of the lounge at Pittsburgh International Airport.
Known as The Club Pittsburgh International, the lounge’s space and seats have been increased to accommodate more than 100 travellers.
The expansion project was carried out to cater to the growing demand for The Club experience.
ALD senior vice-president Nancy Knipp said: “From 2017 to 2018, the original lounge space experienced a 50% increase in guests. Each month we welcomed over 7,000 guests, a number that exceeded our expectations.
“As we continue to see the demand for The Club lounge experience rise, we are excited to provide a larger, more enhanced location for Pittsburgh International Airport visitors looking to work or relax.”
The Club will offer visitors a scenic view of the airfield, specialty cocktails, and buffet services, as well as other benefits.
