The original Container Loading System has been developed by Lifts All Airport Handling Solutions (patent pending, number: PCT / SE2010 / 051433) in cooperation with experienced baggage loaders at Stockholm-Arlanda Airport.
Powered solely by compressed air, it is a silent, fast and durable extension of the user’s arm and a revolution for baggage handling between the conveyor belt and the unit load device (ULD). Essentially, the CLS is a lifting table that cannot only lift bags. It can also easily be adapted for postal bags or carton boxes, just to mention a few other objects.
Successful tests have shown that the user easily learns how to use the CLS. The user benefits from the fact that no bending of the back or other awkward positions are required, and can therefore still feel fit after a day, or a week, of work. The CLS works for both hard and soft luggage, which can easily be moved from the belt into the container, where it is smoothly placed with exact precision in the most space-efficient way. Heavy lifts are simply a memory with the CLS.
The installation of the CLS is simple. It can be mounted in rails in the ceiling or on the floor, depending on your wishes and the assigned work area. Different types of carts or containers are not a problem. Neither does it matter if it is a moving carousel or a lateral on the other side. The CLS offers speed, durability and ergonomics.
