Manufacturer Embraer has delivered its first Praetor 600 super-midsize business jet to a European customer.
Embraer did not disclose the name of the customer.
Embraer Executive Jets president and CEO Michael Amalfitano said: “We are thrilled to deliver the first Praetor 600 and we are confident that our customer will be fascinated with the most disruptive and technologically advanced super-midsize business jet to enter the market.
“The Praetor 600 is certain to create a new value experience for our customers and help them outperform in their business and personal endeavours.”
The Praetor 600 was initially certified in April and is the only super-midsize business jet to be certified since 2014, Embraer said.
Embraer has opted for Honeywell’s advanced, fuel-efficient engines to power its Praetor 600 business jet.

By GlobalDataLast October, Embraer selected Honeywell’s HTF7500E engines to power its new Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 business jets.

Designed to be the first super-midsize jet with full fly-by-wire technology, Praetor 600 is now the farthest-flying jet, capable of making nonstop flights between Dubai and London, Paris and New York, São Paulo and Miami.
According to the company, the Praetor 600 has a reported intercontinental range of 4,018 nautical miles (nm), with the highest payload capacity in its class, and at Mach 0.80, its range is 3,719nm.
